Terms of Service

1. Accounts and workspaces

1. Each person signs in with their own ZIAKEY account and is responsible for keeping their sign-in details secure.
2. Your work lives in workspaces. You own the workspaces you create, and you can invite other ZIAKEY users to join them.
3. The owner of a workspace controls its plan, its billing and who can join it. Members can use the workspace within the permissions the owner gives them.
4. You must give accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

2. Plans and limits

1. Every workspace is on a plan: Free, Plus, Pro, Max or Enterprise. The current plans, prices and limits are listed on the pricing page.
2. Limits apply to each workspace. Reaching a limit stops you adding more of that item; it never deletes or locks what you already have.
3. Monthly and daily allowances, such as emails sent per month, reset at the start of each calendar month or day, Eastern Time. Scheduled greetings and reminders pause when an allowance is used up and resume when it resets or after an upgrade.
4. We may change plans, prices and limits. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a change reduces what a paid plan includes or raises its price, and the change applies from your next billing period.

3. Paid plans and billing

1. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; ZIAKEY does not see or store your full card details.
2. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. By choosing a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
3. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and the workspace keeps its plan during that time. If payment still cannot be collected, the paid plan ends and the workspace moves to Free.
4. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of the current period.
5. Prices do not include taxes. Where taxes apply, you are responsible for them.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Me, then Subscription, then Manage billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content

1. You keep ownership of everything you put into ZIAKEY: contacts, documents, files, messages and other content.
2. You give us permission to store, process, copy and display your content only as needed to run ZIAKEY for you and the people you share with.
3. You are responsible for having the right to the content you upload and share, including contact details of other people.
4. You can export or delete your content. When you delete a workspace, its content is removed immediately and permanently and cannot be recovered, so export anything you want to keep first.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ZIAKEY to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk email or messages people have not agreed to receive.
• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload malicious code.
• Harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Try to get around plan limits, security controls or other users’ permissions.
• Overload, probe or disrupt the service, or access it by automated means other than features we provide.

We may suspend or close accounts or workspaces that break these rules. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

7. Third-party services

Some features rely on other providers, such as Stripe for payments, Google for calendar sync, and our video and email providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to those providers’ terms.

8. Availability and changes to ZIAKEY

We work to keep ZIAKEY available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a significant feature from a paid plan, we will give notice.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ZIAKEY is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to ZIAKEY is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, to the extent the law allows.

10. Ending these terms

You can stop using ZIAKEY and delete your workspaces at any time. We may end these terms or your access if you seriously or repeatedly break them, or if we stop offering ZIAKEY, with reasonable notice where possible.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version with a new date and, for important changes, notify workspace owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
