ZIAKEY does not sell your personal information. Forwarded emails and their attachments are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

Contact notes are yours alone, you choose who sees each post, and Near you uses only a city you pick.

Is ZIAKEY a web app or a mobile app?
Both. ZIAKEY runs in any modern browser at app.ziakey.com, and on phones you add it to your home screen, where it opens full screen with notifications, like an app. There is nothing to download from an app store.
Can I turn an email into a to-do?
Yes. Approve the addresses you forward from, then forward any email to inbox@mail.ziakey.com. It waits in Notifications under Needs you with To-do, Event and Database buttons; open it for Project, Contact or a comment. ZIAKEY never reads your mailbox.
Can I import my contacts?
Yes. Import vCard, CSV, JSON, XLS or XLSX files into People › Contacts, map the fields, and merge duplicates. You can export your contacts to CSV at any time.
Does ZIAKEY sell my data?
No. ZIAKEY never sells your personal information. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected and why.
